GLOWORM FARM SCALE OF CHARGES
Rates for location hire for filming, stills shoots or events vary widely, based on production size, scale and length of shoot.
Typical daily rates range from £1000 for small photo shoots to over £2,500+ for commercials, all dependent on scale of shoot, crew numbers and level of disruption. High-end commercials and feature films could rise to £5,000
Here is a breakdown of general location hire rates:
Daily Rates by Production Type
Small Shoots/Indie Films/Stills shoots
£1,000 - £2,500 per day for both interior and exterior scenes.
Student Rate
From £350 - £500 per day
Commercials, TV & Drama
£1,000 – £3,000 per day
High-end productions
£3,000 – £5,000 dependent on scale of production, crew numbers, parking for vehicles, use of offices and outbuildings
Events/Weddings (Dry Hire)
£2000 per day

It is understood that this shoot is undertaken at the film maker’s own risk and the above owners are not responsible for any personal injury to crew or actors, or damage to their own property. Damage to owner’s property should be covered by producer’s public liability insurance.
Producer to supply their own props, folding chairs, equipment, materials, water and food. Parking for small shoots available on concrete and along drive. In fine weather the top field may be used.
Cost of X days location hire and use of outbuildings for storage of costumes, space for actors and crew breaks
